PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPOTLIGHT
Our Project Managers coordinate several key aspects of each project from start to finish. Their responsibilities include ordering subcontracted work, conducting final reviews, scheduling installation dates, handling AIA billing for contracts, managing permitting and code compliance, tracking shipments, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the production process.
When a project reaches the final review stage, they confirm installation details and ensure alignment with client timelines. They also assist in scheduling projects while orders are still in production, helping everything run smoothly and on time.

Although I don’t come from a traditional project management background, my strong organizational skills have been a key asset in this role. Prior to becoming a Project Manager, I spent six years here as an AC and Accounts Payable Coordinator. This gave me valuable insight into our products and processes which continues to support my work today. One of the things I enjoy most about this position is the variety-no two projects are the same. I also appreciate the opportunity to work alongside such a supportive and collaborative team. We truly have a great group here at Sign Design.

Prior to becoming a Project Manager at Sign Design, I spent 22 years in the commercial storefront industry. Having a strong background in different industries has served me well in my transition to Project Manager. One of my favorite things about my job is when clients reach out after their signs have been installed to let me know how happy they are with my team the final product, whether it’s their first sign or hundredth sign. From order intake to installation, I work with a great team and that makes success easy to achieve.
