Michaela joined Sign Design from Signs & Sites in 2023. As an Account Coordinator, Michaela plays a key role in supporting clients and her team through every stage of a project. With strong communication and organizational skills, she ensures that details are managed efficiently—from initial quotes and approvals to production updates and final delivery.

Prior to the sign business, Michaela was in the food industry, working her way from team member to manager while also going to school full-time. After receiving a B.A. in English from Bridgewater State University, she decided to pursue a career more aligned with her education. Michaela joined Signs & Sites in 2021 as a customer service representative and receptionist.  Now at Sign Design, Michaela likes that she is constantly learning new things, and every day is a new challenge.

In her spare time, she reads and hikes. She also has houseplants that she has (mostly) kept alive for years.
